N° 3 Crema is a traditional blend, inherited from the founder of our roastery and later reinterpreted with a more modern touch.

The recipe features several top-quality Robusta varieties, both washed and natural, from Africa and Asia. They give this coffee a full body in the cup, reflected in a thick, elastic and long-lasting crema.

On the palate it shows notes of toasted hazelnut and caramel, while its delicate fruity aromas come from the different Arabica qualities used.
